Hello again everyone This is SilverInkblot, here with an update on the latest discussion in chat. We covered a whole lot of ground and are beginning to solidify some of the details and things we hope to accomplish, so please bear with us as we get our footing. As always, feel free to post ideas and/or questions in the comments, and don't forget to check the volunteer positions if you're interested in helping out!
4/14/14 - DailyLitRecognition Minutes
The meeting started at 10:00 PM EST.
The attendees were the Executive Director, Director of Operations, Admin Assistant, Admins, Consultant and members of the dA literature community.
Weekend “Events” discussion has come to a conclusion.
Things that were discussed:
Weekend “Events”
Double posting
Regular Meetings
Fan Fiction/Comics
Weekend “Events” will change each week with the last weekend of the month being a break for the admins.
Weekends “Events” decided on were:
Interviews
Features
Series specials dedicated to chaptered pieces
Scavenger hunts
New artist highlights
“Behind the Scenes”.
Two admins will be put on each “event” as seen fit. I will update the volunteer positions accordingly when I have a chance, and you are free to volunteer for more than one position
Double posting is a yes for group and page. (Yes, there will be a group for DLR.)
Regular meetings for admins, will happen last Saturday of month; time to be decided.
A chat admin is needed for chat events which are held to speak with the community.
